Blackcurrant

 

Small berries in the form of clusters, black in color with smooth skin and pulpy texture. With its refreshing, aromatic and acidulous effects, blackcurrant can be consumed both fresh in a red fruit salad or in a white cheese, both cooked in the form of jelly, jam, sorbet, tart and in liquid form such as Cream of blackcurrant, nectar, puree or even grout.
